Terms of Service

PrintAdPreflight is a professional PDF preflight service operated by PrintAdPreflight LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By uploading files and completing a payment, you ("you" or "customer") agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PrintAdPreflight analyzes PDF and image files for common print production issues including resolution, color mode, bleed, fonts, spot colors, and other technical parameters. Reports are delivered via email after payment is processed.

Our preflight analysis is advisory in nature. Results are intended to assist print professionals and advertisers in identifying potential issues before press. We do not guarantee that a passing report will result in perfect printed output, nor that every possible issue will be detected. Final production decisions remain the responsibility of the customer and their print provider.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By completing checkout, you authorize the stated charge.

Available service tiers and current pricing are displayed on the upload page. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

Because preflight analysis is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Automatic refunds: If our system is unable to process your file and generate a report due to a technical error on our end, a proportional refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. You will be notified by email. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund for another reason, contact us at support@printadpreflight.com and we will review your request.

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to submit it for analysis.

Uploaded files are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage solely for the purpose of performing the preflight analysis. Files are not used for any other purpose, are not shared with third parties (except as required to perform the analysis), and are not retained beyond the period necessary to complete processing.

Do not upload files containing sensitive personal information unrelated to print production.

You agree not to use this service to process files you do not have the right to submit, to attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service, or to submit files for any purpose other than legitimate print production preflight.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrintAdPreflight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to printing costs, reprinting costs, missed deadlines, or lost revenue resulting from reliance on a preflight report.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every print production issue will be detected.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
