PrintAdPreflight is operated by PrintAdPreflight LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We take privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

Information you provide

• Email address — collected at checkout so we can deliver your preflight report.
• Uploaded files — the PDF or image files you submit for preflight analysis.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect and store payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

Automatically collected information

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server log data such as IP addresses and request timestamps as part of normal infrastructure operation. We do not use this data to identify or track individual users.

• Email address — used solely to deliver your preflight report and any related service communications (such as processing error notifications or refund confirmations). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
• Uploaded files — used solely to perform the preflight analysis you requested. Files are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for analysis and temporarily stored in Vercel Blob storage during processing. They are not used to train AI models, not shared with unrelated third parties, and are not retained beyond the period necessary to complete your order.
• Payment data — used by Stripe to process your transaction and, if applicable, to issue refunds.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We have selected providers that maintain strong data protection practices.

Uploaded files are stored in temporary cloud storage only for the duration of processing and are not retained long-term. Once your report has been generated and emailed, the file is no longer actively used.

Email addresses are retained for the purpose of delivering your report and any necessary follow-up communications (such as refund notifications). We do not maintain a marketing list from service transactions.

Payment records are retained by Stripe per their data retention policies and as required by applicable financial regulations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at support@printadpreflight.com.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA. Please contact us for more information.

This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our service, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
